PureUmmah Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the PureUmmah Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline how commissions, withdrawals, and account responsibilities work.
1. Grace Period
All affiliate commissions are subject to a 15-day grace period after a sale is made. This allows time for payment verification, potential refunds, and quality checks before commissions are finalized.
2. Minimum Withdrawal
There is no minimum withdrawal amount. Affiliates can request withdrawals of any available balance once it becomes eligible for payment.
3. Withdrawal Method
To receive payouts, affiliates must have a valid bank account added to their PureUmmah affiliate dashboard. Payments will only be processed to the verified bank account provided by the affiliate.
4. Misuse & Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the affiliate program — including generating commissions without actual sales, self-referrals, fake orders, or any dishonest means — is strictly prohibited.
If such activity is detected:
The affiliate’s withdrawal will be immediately frozen.
A review and investigation will be conducted.
After investigation, balances may be adjusted or redistributed to the rightful parties if misuse is confirmed.
PureUmmah reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
5. Commission Eligibility
Affiliate commissions are only credited after a customer successfully completes payment for their order. Pending or failed transactions do not qualify for commissions.
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer’s payment is refunded, canceled, or charged back, the corresponding affiliate commission will also be reversed. This ensures fairness and accuracy in payouts.
7. Program Modifications
PureUmmah reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the affiliate program (or any part of it) at any time. Any major changes will be communicated in advance through the affiliate dashboard or email.
8. Agreement
By enrolling in and continuing to use the PureUmmah Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
